About the Role
As a Training Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping employee skills, boosting performance, and enhancing customer service standards. What You’ll Do
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees
- Design and prepare training materials, presentations, and learning guides

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in training, HR, or talent development
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
